Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Lead Spine. By creating an account, connecting a CRM account, or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement for yourself or your organization.

If you use Lead Spine for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to connect and manage those accounts.

Lead Spine connects supported AI assistants to CRM sub-accounts that you authorize. It can read account information and carry out actions you request, subject to your permissions, plan, and the availability of the connected services.

Lead Spine is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with CRM or any AI assistant provider.

You are responsible for safeguarding your Lead Spine account, keeping your contact details current, and reviewing which CRM sub-accounts and AI applications remain connected. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to administer.

You authorize Lead Spine to access and process the selected account data solely to provide the actions you request. You can revoke a CRM or AI connection from your account controls.

You may not use Lead Spine to violate law, third-party rights, platform policies, messaging consent requirements, or anti-spam rules. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, probe another customer's data, distribute malware, or use the service for deceptive or abusive activity.

You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated work before publishing it and for ensuring your communications, data collection, and automations comply with applicable law.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Lead Spine provides permission controls, draft-first behavior where supported, and activity records to help you review changes. These controls do not replace your judgment or legal responsibilities.

Do not rely on the service for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk decisions without qualified human review.

Plan limits, included usage, and prices are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Taxes may apply. You may cancel through Billing; cancellation takes effect according to the terms shown at checkout and in your account.

Except where law requires otherwise, charges already paid are non-refundable. If a payment fails, paid features may be limited until billing is restored. Existing connected data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Lead Spine depends on services you choose to connect. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We do not control their availability, policy changes, account restrictions, or data returned to Lead Spine.

Disconnecting Lead Spine does not automatically cancel a subscription or remove data held independently by those providers.

You retain ownership of your content and account data. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit that information to provide and secure the service.

Lead Spine, its interface, documentation, and software remain our property. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without obligation to compensate you.

We work to keep Lead Spine reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, security events, third-party outages, or product changes may temporarily affect access. We may change or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects paid use.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, comply with law, prevent abuse, address non-payment, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

To the extent permitted by law, Lead Spine is provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that AI output or connected third-party services will always be accurate or available.

To the extent permitted by law, Lead Spine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Lead Spine during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only as far as the law permits.

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. The effective date will identify the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
