Terms of Service
Effective July 22, 2026
By using ghlmcp.io ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What the Service is
ghlmcp.io is a hosted MCP server that lets AI clients read and write your GoHighLevel data on your behalf, using the connection you authorize.
2. Independence
ghlmcp.io is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GoHighLevel or HighLevel Inc.
3. Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account, including AI clients you connect to your ghlmcp.io endpoint.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to spam, harass, or violate GoHighLevel's terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
4a. How the Service connects to GoHighLevel
CRM features (contacts, calendars, opportunities and similar) operate through GoHighLevel's official public API using a Private Integration Token you generate in your own GoHighLevel account. Workflow-building features operate through your authorized ghlmcp.io connection, because GoHighLevel does not currently publish an official API for creating or editing workflows. You are responsible for your own use of the Service under GoHighLevel's terms of service, and you authorize ghlmcp.io to act on your behalf. As GoHighLevel publishes official APIs for additional surfaces, we will adopt them.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Read-only tools are free; write operations count against your plan.
6. Termination
You can cancel any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Warranty
The Service is provided "as is". AI can make mistakes. Every workflow write is versioned in GoHighLevel so you can revert.
