Lead Spine AI is now launched
Chat with your CRM right inside Lead Spine. Pick a sub-account, describe what you want, and Lead Spine AI builds it.
Lead Spine AI is out of beta and available on every plan within its monthly credits. Each chat stays locked to the sub-account you chose, the sidebar shows when a chat is working or finished, and you can add credit packs that never expire.
Live Support that can fix things for you
Tap Live support at the top of any page. It checks your sub-accounts, renews access and walks you through setup.
Live Support looks at your own account, explains what needs attention in plain words and can refresh access for you. When a sign-in is needed, it opens a secure form so your password never goes into the chat.
Use your company mailbox for sign-in codes
Connect a company inbox, not just Gmail, so your CRM sign-in codes can be read automatically.
Add your mailbox once in Agency sign-in. Lead Spine checks the inbox and spam for the newest code when your CRM asks for one, so connecting sub-accounts no longer stalls.
Agency sign-in beta is now available
Manage each agency, its sign-in and every connected sub-account from one clearer workspace.
Existing marketplace or manual-token access stays connected without asking you to set it up again. When you add a new sub-account, choose marketplace access or add its manual token only where access is still needed.
Bring an existing account across to Lead Spine
Customers moving over from our earlier product keep their plan and their sub-account allowance from the first sign in.
We set the plan and sub-account allowance on the account before it is handed over, including lifetime accounts with their own agreed allowance. The person sets a fresh password from a single email link, signs in and finds their plan already in place, with nothing to re-purchase and no gap in access.
One sub-account count everywhere
Billing, CRM connections and the sidebar now all show the same number of sub-accounts in use.
Every page now reads the same figure the allowance itself applies: the sub-accounts you hold right now plus any disconnected in the last 30 days, which keep their place until that period ends and then free up on their own. Sub-accounts bought on top of a plan now correctly raise the allowance on every check, and accounts on a trial stay at one sub-account.

A much faster Lead Spine
Dashboard and public pages now open faster, with fewer repeated requests and smoother movement between pages.
We removed unnecessary background work, combined repeated account requests, loaded independent information together and preloaded the pages people open most. Your connected accounts and controls stay current without making every page wait.

Clearer public pages and documentation
The Lead Spine website, documentation, support and legal pages now explain the product and its safeguards more clearly.
Navigation is simpler, actions are easier to find on desktop and mobile, and the documentation focuses on connecting your CRM, connecting your AI and staying in control of account changes.
Reconnect recently disconnected sub-accounts
Disconnected sub-accounts now remain in a compact Recent list so you can reconnect them without starting over.
Lead Spine reserves the sub-account connection for 30 days after disconnecting. During that time it still uses a plan slot, stays protected from another account claiming it and can be restored from CRM connections with one action.

Safer, clearer disconnects
Disconnecting now shows each cleanup step and keeps the account visible until the work is complete.
A short countdown prevents accidental removal, the progress window explains what is happening, and Lead Spine finishes the account cleanup before moving the sub-account into the Recent list.
One owner for every connected sub-account
A sub-account can belong to only one Lead Spine account at a time, preventing conflicting access and changes.
The ownership check applies whether the connection starts from Lead Spine, the marketplace or an AI sign-in. If a sub-account is already held, another account cannot claim or use it until the existing connection is released.
Connect your AI with a secure sign-in
Claude and other compatible AI apps can now connect through a normal Lead Spine sign-in and approval screen.
Add the permanent Lead Spine connection URL in your AI app, sign in to Lead Spine and approve access. There is no private key to copy into the URL or keep in a document, and plan access is checked before the connection is allowed.

A real home for your AI connections
The Connect your AI page shows one clear card for each connected AI account, with a working disconnect action.
Duplicate sessions are combined into one account card. Disconnecting removes the card immediately and revokes that AI account's access, so it must sign in and be approved again before it can return.

Every AI conversation stays in one sub-account
Your AI must choose a connected sub-account first, then stays pinned to it for the conversation.
Lead Spine exposes only the sub-accounts your account is allowed to use. Once one is selected, reads and changes cannot silently drift into another client account, reducing the risk of cross-account mistakes.
A new CRM connections workspace
See connected, attention-needed and recently disconnected sub-accounts together, with plan usage and next steps.
Each sub-account has its own connection state and controls. The dashboard now shows live connection counts, remaining capacity and the next action to take, while the Sub-accounts page handles setup, reconnecting and disconnecting in one place.

Simpler plans based on connected sub-accounts
Free includes 1 sub-account, Solo 5 and Agency 30. Existing Lifetime customers keep their assigned sub-account allowance.
Plan usage now follows connected and recently disconnected sub-accounts, so the number in your dashboard matches the access Lead Spine protects for you. Paid plans can add extra capacity where available.

Draft-first changes with a complete activity history
AI-built work stays in draft until you publish it, and every write, delete or outbound action is recorded.
Lead Spine keeps risky actions reviewable instead of quietly making them live. The Activity page shows what changed, which sub-account it affected and available recovery guidance, while supported create actions can be undone.
440+ CRM tools through your AI
Audit, read and manage workflows, contacts, opportunities, calendars, forms, funnels and more by describing the outcome.
Lead Spine presents a focused set of actions to your AI and handles the larger CRM catalog behind the scenes. Access follows your plan, selected sub-account and safety settings, without exposing private connection details.
