CRM workflow ideas
Choose an idea, adapt it to your sub-account, and test the draft before you publish.

Choose the right workflow for the right client
A template is a starting point, not a finished automation. In your CRM, a workflow begins with a trigger and follows a sequence of actions. Before using one of these ideas, choose the actual sub-account, the event that should start it, the people it should affect, and what should stop it. A missed-call follow-up may need a cooldown; an appointment reminder needs a valid calendar and the correct time zone. A message in the wrong account can reach the wrong customer, so confirm the account before every build.
Check existing workflows first. If the sub-account already handles the same event, another template could send duplicate texts or create redundant tasks. Adapt the example to the client’s team, consent records, business hours, pipeline stages, and approved copy. Ask your connected AI assistant for a draft, then review the trigger, filters, every action, and every branch in your CRM. Test with safe contacts and an event that should not trigger it. Publish only after the account owner approves the outcome.
